| 3D Systems Announces Favorable Ruling from Nasdaq Appeal Panel 3D Systems announces that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has determined that the Company will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market. As the company had previously announced, it received a notice from Nasdaq in November 2006 that its Common Stock was subject to delisting because of the company's failure to timely file its Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2006. The company filed that Form 10-Q on February 2, 2007 after restating its financial statements.
