| SoftX Ships New Version of SoftX HTTP Debugger SoftX has announced the release of SoftX HTTP Debugger version 4.1, the latest version of its software program for web masters and software developers. The version 4.1 is now fully compatible with Microsoft's new Windows Vista, including the Protected Mode of Internet Explorer 7 in Vista. SoftX HTTP Debugger is a handily tool to capture, analyze and debug all HTTP communications between the web browser on the client side and the web server on the other side. Internet software developers can use SoftX HTTP Debugger to analyze the communication between their programs and Internet. Each HTTP transaction can be examined to see the HTTP header parameter values, cookies, query strings, error codes and etc. All captured network traffic can be saved either in RAW network format or decoded (how browsers see it) format. With SoftX HTTP Debugger you can: - Monitor and debug all outgoing HTTP requests from a browser (or any other selected program) and corresponding responses from a server. - See the full header and content data of both: HTTP requests and responses. - Catch when the browser performs automatic redirects. - Capture requests from all of the installed plugins (Flash, ActiveX, etc.) in addition to requests sent by a browser directly. - Automatically process the gzip and chunked encodings. - View information supplied by each web browser or any program when you visit a site. - Learn about how HTTP works (useful for programming and web design cases). write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Computing News :: home page |
