Blueprint Design for L's Media Center Edition Hub Computer Systems

L International has revealed the architecture blueprints for its Media Center Edition Hub Computer Systems. The radically-designed, new, totally silent, Intel-based 64-bit multi-core Darwin Media Hub PC System represents an all-new class of computers. Liebermann sets the new MediaTOP product family category as "the evolution of species". Recently introduced to the L upcoming product line's road map, the L MediaTOP is a giant evolutionary step ahead from emerging HTPC (Home Theatre PC) and Media center PCs into what is the future of integrated digital home computing interconnectivity.

Built around the latest Intel-based 64-bit multi-core processors featuring EMT64 and PCI-Xpress bus architecture, the fully upgradeable, configurable and modularly-designed Darwin MediaTOP brings unmatched world-class 64-bit processing capabilities to a centralized computer machine that acts as a user's main electronic PC hub, with connectivity of up to eight displays out-of-the-box, HDTV Tuner, audio/ video streaming center, DVD/HD-DVD/Blue-Ray player & recorder, TIVO/DirectTV/Dish Network PVR, direct-to-cell-phones administrative messaging and multimedia data distribution, full audio/video digital processing, multi-channel amplification/distribution and more.

Topmost, the all-new Darwin MediaTOP becomes a user's digital life central nervous system that connects in an all-in-one unit all of a home's house electronics and digital controls, personal security, surveillance, remote monitoring, fire alarms, sprinkler management, as well as any network ready devices and appliances. With multiple industrial strength security architectures and sever-like system backup features for total integrity and data integrity, the L Darwin MediaTOP features an all wireless design, including on Bluetooth, upcoming wireless USB, 802.11n Wireless LAN, Wireless surround audio/multi-keyboard/mice and peripherals connectivity.

With a sticking high-end "audio component"-like sleek aluminum industrial design, centrally commanded via an HD ready built-in 7" widescreen touch panel LCD display, a slot loading DVD-RW/HD-DVD or Blue-Ray Optical Drive, and modular internal and external connectivity to just about any network device, the Darwin MediaTOP features 2 Terabytes external add-on storage modules with built-in Raid-1 redundancy, with flexible connectivity via eSATA-II/Firewire B or USB2 interfaces, for near-endless mass storage expansion for any sized media archival requirements.

The ultimate centerpiece of the modern home theatre, high-end computing and integrated "brain" of the emerging "house of the future", the Darwin cannot be directly weighted against any other computer as it re-invents the far scope and reach of what integrated seamless technologies and what the power of centralized mainstream data processing can deliver today, for users under any level of complexity or demanding all-round computing needs.

The all-new Darwin MediaTOP Darwin will be driven either by Liebermann's upcoming Media Hub Version of 64-bit Linux-based LOS or Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition 64-bit.
