| Convergys Appoints New Senior Vice President of Human Resources Convergys has announced the appointment of Clark D. Handy as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. As of December 11, Handy will lead the development and implementation of human resource programs and processes for Convergys' more than 68.000 employees worldwide. Handy replaces Tom Cruz who retired earlier this year. He will report to Jim Orr, Chairman and Chief Executive of Convergys. Handy is currently Executive Vice President, Human Resources, for Teleflex, Incorporated, in Limerick, Pennsylvania, and has worked for Teleflex since 2003. Previously, at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, he served as Vice President, Human Resources in the Global Supply Chain division, and Vice President, Human Resources in the Global Research and Development division. Before Wyeth, Handy held senior management roles in operations, logistics, and human resources at Georgia-Pacific, James River, and Hallmark Cards. Handy was born in Raleigh, NC, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis.
