Oki Data Americas unveils the B4545 monochrome multifunction product for optimal office efficiency in small workgroup environments. The B4545 MFP from OKI Printing Solutions is the only monochrome laser MFP in its class that empowers small workgroups with LDAP compatibility; full keyboard layout; PC-independent scan-to-email and scan-to-network capabilities; LAN fax compatibility; and ability to scan-to and print-from the USB flash drive. The B4545 MFP is conducive to small workgroup environments with standard features that include:

- Network connectivity provides reliable printing and seamless integration into shared workgroup environments;
- Scan-to-email and scan-to-network functions save time by allowing users to quickly and conveniently convert hardcopy documents into electronic files and send to an e-mail address or network folder without the use of a computer;
- LDAP compatibility allows access to corporate e-mail address directories and enables documents to be easily sent within a company;
- Full QWERTY keyboard with user-friendly interface allows for easy and intuitive input of email addresses and network destinations;
- Scan-to and print-from the USB flash drive allows users to save, share and transport documents directly without the use of a computer;
- Full-featured analog fax enables users to quickly and easily send and receive documents;
- LAN fax compatibility allows users to fax documents via Internet bypassing phone lines;
- Reverse Automatic Document Feeder (RADF) scans both sides of a document automatically and provides two-sided copies and prints (w/optional duplex unit);
- ID Copy Mode enables users to copy both sides of wallet-size documents onto one page;
- Access control via PINs, including keyboard lock, copy lock, email-sending control and departmental charge codes, enable job accountability and billing efficiency;
- Compact design is stylish and easily accessible and optimizes space in small office environments.

The B4545 MFP will be available starting in November throughout North and South America through OKI Printing Solutions authorized solution providers and direct marketing resellers.
