| SmartStock.WMS Is Available in Four Countries The Barco Company has signed a partnership contract with JSC "Intelligent Solutions Systems" Company, Lithuanian integrator of barcode technology and a supplier of Point-of-Sales (POS) systems, about representation of warehouse management system SmartStock.WMS on Lithuanian market. The Barco Company in the short time-period signed a partnership contract with JSC "Intelligent Solutions Systems" Company focusing on integration of barcode technology and Point-of-Sales (POS) systems within the territory of Baltic countries. Thus the warehouse management system SmartStock.WMS is next to Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia already available in the 4th country within the central and east European region. SmartStock.WMS is a complete "paper-less" solution for on-line warehouse management that operates as the extension of inventory control in ERP systems. System is based on the unique identification of goods, handling units and warehouse locations by means of barcodes. Application has been developed exclusively for utilization of mobile terminals along with barcode scanner operating in wireless WiFi network. SmartStock.WMS optimises all operations, movement of workers and at the same time controls the correctness of all operations by means of reading of corresponding barcodes. Thus in a distinctive way enhance the labour productivity and minimizes errors at work in warehouse.
