| Plustek's PL3000 ADF Scanner Compatible with Hyland OnBase 5.2 Plustek says that the company's PL3000 ADF Document Scanner has been fully tested on Hyland's OnBase 5.2 software. Hyland Software has performed rigorous testing on Plustek PL3000 scanner and found that Plustek PL3000 works with OnBase enterprise content management software (ECM) perfectly. Plustek PL3000 scanner provides OnBase users an exceptional price and perfect performance from any scanner in its class. The PL3000 is also designed to meet regulatory compliance issues, increase efficiency and productivity, and reduce business costs by capturing documents at the point of creation. Hyland and Plustek will formalize their partnership agreement in the near future. Plustek PL3000 is a color Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) flatbed document scanner. Built for speed, reliability and flexibility, it offers high-speed scanning at 30 pages-per-minute and is easy to deploy in workgroup and distributed/decentralized scanning environments. The built-in ADF features advanced paper handling, holding up to 80 pages per time (20 lb. paper) and accepting a wide variety of paper (14 to 32 lb.). The ADF tray accommodates paper width up to 9.65" (1.15" more, compared with other scanners in the market), by which wider paper can be scanned, such as courier receipts and continuous computer report paper without cutting both sides of paper originals. The specially designed feeder mechanism effectively prevents multi-feeds and ensures an extra long duty cycle. Delicate or bound materials can be scanned from the built-in flatbed.
