| DDR2 Line of Memory for AMD Opteron Processor Based Systems Dataram has announced a full line of memory modules compatible with AMD's Next-Generation Opteron processor family utilizing Direct Connect Architecture and HyperTransport technology. These Socket 'F' (1207) CPUs utilize DDR2 memory for lower power consumption, greater bandwidth and enhanced thermal performance. Dataram memory modules for these new Opteron's are currently available in 512MB, 1GB & 2GB capacities in speeds DDR2-667 and DDR2-533 in the DTM product line supporting systems builders and OEM's. 4GB modules will debut this fall.
