| Telef?nica M?viles Group's Operator Purchases ECtel's FraudView 8 ECtel has announced that an operator from the Telef?nica M?viles group has placed a purchase order for ECtel's FraudView Release 8. As part of the project, ECtel will upgrade an older version of FraudView as well as replace a competing system. FraudView a fraud management solution for telecom operators.
