| New Web Site Builder Launched by NSDesign Hillington based web design and consultancy firm NSDesign have announced the launch of their new NSBuilder product – an online Site Builder and Content Management system aimed at start up companies and existing small to medium enterprises. NSBuilder allows organisations to produce and manage a professional, accessible website within minutes, and includes integrated e-commerce, image gallery, and online news modules. NSBuilder focuses on the development of "accessible" websites, something which is not only a legal requirement (since 1999, public websites have been subject to the Disability Discrimination Act), but also makes great business sense, with the Disability Rights Commission (DRC) estimating that the UK's ten million disabled people have a spending power of ?80billion a year. Users of the service can rely on NSDesign's first class customer support to help answer any questions or resolve any issues. Indeed, customer satisfaction is key to the company's success to date, with a recent customer survey confirming that 96% of NSDesign customers would (or already do) recommend them to others. Since 1999 NSDesign has been involved in the development and management of over 500 websites, and currently host close to 5000 customer domains. Their client list boasts the likes of The Lighthouse (Scotland's centre for Architecture and Design), The Scottish Executive and many of the Scottish Universities, but despite the big names, Ennis admits his preference to working with the SME market - "Working with smaller companies allows us build long term relationships and an ongoing partnership. Often they want a one-stop-shop where they can get advice on domain names, web hosting and the development of their website, and that's just what NSDesign can provide them". Early adopters of the NSBuilder system include a diverse range of small businesses including a Publishing company, a Boat-hire firm, a Salsa Dance instructor, an Interior design firm, a bus company, a Spanish villa rental firm and a local tradesman. The new product could be foundhere. | |||||||
