Oregan Signs an Agreement with Sampo of Taiwan

Oregan Networks has entered into a licensing agreement with Sampo of Taiwan. The contract is another step towards the fulfilment of Oregan's strategy for enabling the "ubiquitous web" experience with its browsing solution that is custom-designed for the specifics of the Non-PC embedded device environment. Powered by Oregan's Internet standards-based solution, the devices will offer multiple media entertainment and content sourcing options, including broadband infotainment and access to home network photos, music and movies, stored on networked PCs, home gateways and NAS devices.

Demonstrations of Sampo's IP-connected CE products, powered by Oregan Media Browser, are planned to be held during IFA Berlin 2006.
