| NextAce Partners With NAZCA Solutions Automated title software and application service provider, NextAce has announced a strategic technology partnership with NAZCA Solutions Inc., a property data extraction and management solutions provider. Having successfully completed a proof of concept, the agreement gives NextAce title industry customers the new ability to access county property data and produce automated title reports and commitments in targeted non-title plant areas of the United States. Recently awarded the Pasadena Entretec PricewaterhouseCoopers Entrepreneurship Award for business vigor and innovation, NextAce's application service provider (ASP) offering Title EDGE provides the title industry the ability to drive title costs down through software automation and smart industry partnerships. NAZCA Solutions' technology allows NextAce title customers to extract, integrate and deliver an assortment of data in counties - ranging from county index, property maps to tax records - that until now required dealing separately with a variety of disparate county offices and systems.
