| Fallon Community Health Plan Selects Softscape's HCM Platform Softscape has announced that Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP) has selected Softscape's Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. FCHP is deploying Softscape Apex to enable its strategic people management initiatives and specifically manage its performance management process. FCHP, which is consistently rated as one of the nation's top health plans, provides innovative healthcare services designed to meet the unique and changing needs of the thousands of people they serve. Their carefully developed networks provide coordinated care and give their members access to physicians and hospitals throughout Massachusetts. FCHP previously relied on a manual, paper-driven process for managing employee performance evaluations. A company-wide engagement survey concluded that an automated and comprehensive Web-based solution was necessary. FCHP selected Softscape over many other vendors because of the company's approach to HCM and their dedicated services.
