| Avanquest's VCOM MediaLock 2 Protects Sensitive Content Avanquest Software has released VCOM MediaLock 2, an enhanced desktop security application that provides all PC users, from novice to expert, with automatic protection for their most valuable and sensitive files and folders. MediaLock is an easy-to-use tool that enables users to store sensitive files and documents in a secure area on their local or network drive, on a removable data storage device, such as a USB flash drive, Memory Stick, media card, or even on a CD/DVD. MediaLock uses a 128-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) to prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to sensitive or important files.
