| eDocVault Advanced Document Management Software by Viyya Viyya Technologies, Inc. has announced that it has entered into an agreement with iConcepts, Inc., whereby Viyya will customize iConcepts' successful eDocNavigator software to suit the unique needs of the security industry. Under the terms of the agreement, Viyya also will rebrand and resell the solution as Viyya eDocVault. Currently marketed by iConcepts as a support tool for the legal industry, eDocNavigator is a web-based solution that allows the review, culling, and coding of electronic documents in their native format. eDocNavigator includes PST file support (Outlook) and responds to the document management needs of law firms and corporate legal departments while storing all files in a secure environment. The new Viyya eDocVault will be marketed to such clients as police departments, other government and law enforcement agencies, and homeland security personnel. It will complement the most recent addition to the Viyya portfolio, the SaraX Security Operations Portal, which allows organizations to quickly implement a viable IT solution that immediately enables security and intelligence throughout an entire enterprise. The functionality of Viyya eDocVault will include the ability to house police records and other sensitive documents related to the security industry as well as traditional full text searching, field searching, and browsing via the original native directory structure. Industry statistics suggest that at least 90 percent of all documents are created electronically and that 80 percent or more of all documents only exist in electronic format.
