Nov Technology Launched

Nov Technology, a software company specializing in enterprise on-demand software, has been launched with the expertise of marketing technology consultancy Novaurora – led by Jason Putorti, Michael Capone, and Ron Cygnarowicz, combined with a major investment by local angel investor Ron Morris. Ron heads up entrepreneurial studies at Duquesne University and also hosts a radio talk show, "The American Entrepreneur" which went on the air after his string of successful area technology ventures including iGate, Rapidigm, and JD Warren.

The launch of a web software company was the logical next-step for a company that has been combining innovative web technology with brand and marketing savvy since 2002 – long before the current 'web 2.0' buzz emerged from Silicon Valley.

That product is a third-generation version of one of its very first software systems, a tool for the multi-billion dollar security industry. This iteration will replace the 2003 and 2005 versions with a benefit-rich, cost-effective, on-demand web service for the industry. Further details will be released in a product announcement to come.

Nov Technology has the support of industry advisors John Lee, President of International Investigative Services of Bethel Park; Joe Becker, President of Becker and Company of Carnegie; and chief counsel Charlie Caputo of Caputo & Caputo in Downtown Pittsburgh.
