| ShowDirector 2.0 by Signal Beach Software Signal Beach Software has announced the launch of ShowDirector 2.0 wireless remote control software for PowerPoint presentations. With ShowDirector 2.0 a presenter can use a Windows Mobile Pocket PC or Palm PDA to manage PowerPoint presentations running on a Windows desktop or laptop. ShowDirector 2.0 provides wireless control of PowerPoint via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or cell phone networks. Any Windows Mobile, Palm PDA, or device that includes a built-in Web browser can be used as a remote control. There's no longer a need to buy a separate PowerPoint remote control. And, because ShowDirector 2.0 is Web based, there is no need to install any additional software on the remote control device. ShowDirector 2.0 also includes a built-in Web server providing the capability to publish any content for the audience. This gives laptop or PDA equipped audience members the ability to directly collaborate during the presentation.
