| DataJungle Software Launches Matrix 4.0 DataJungle Software has announced the launch of Matrix 4.0.Matrix represents a new class of BI software that delivers the full range of BI capabilities in a single, integrated, and out-of-the-box product - including: dashboarding, analysis, reporting, scorecarding, and wireless alerting. Matrix allows administrators, or even end-users, to build highly customized dashboards and BI applications without having to rely on programmers or specialized report authors. Matrix was specifically designed to overcome the skills barriers and to deliver BI value quickly and practically for customers. With this latest release, Matrix becomes the only BI solution that seamlessly integrates advanced annotation and collaboration capabilities on top of Microsoft Analysis Services, Cognos PowerPlay, and relational data sources. Matrix allows users to attach comments and discussion threads to dashboard views or to navigate to critical data points buried deep in their OLAP cubes and relational data by simply clicking on annotations made by those who have added important context to the raw numbers. Matrix 4.0 also includes a new dashboard authoring wizard that automates the normally expensive and time consuming process of creating dashboards that are highly customized in terms of both functionality and presentation. With Matrix 4.0, an organization can deploy enriched dashboards for each user class in a matter of days rather than months.
