| Brocade Announces Some Facts about Its 4 Gbit/sec Technology Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. has announced that its technology would enable a complete 4 Gbit/sec Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure on the new HP StorageWorks EVA 4 Gbit/sec disk array, and that the complete family of Brocade-based 4 Gbit/sec SAN switches and directors is now available directly from HP. Today, Brocade 4 Gbit/sec technology is available in a complete family of HP B-Series StorageWorks SAN switches, in platforms supporting 8- to 16-port and 16- to- 32-port configurations.
