The SGL-0622Z is a two-stage, fully-matched RFIC offering exceptional broadband performance from 5 to 4000 MHz. The SGL-0363Z is a single-stage LNA optimized for high performance narrowband applications between 5 and 2000 MHz. The SGL-0622Z is available for immediate shipment in a ROHS/WEEE compliant QFN 2x2 package.
