SanDisk 3D LLC is leveraging Invarium's solution to optimize post-etch pattern accuracies and expanded process windows for its cutting-edge design and manufacturing processes. Invarium's DimensionPPC is the industry's first unified, full-chip Process and Proximity Compensation (PPC) product.
