| Digital Media Exchange's agreements with Intel and Intel Capital Digital Media Exchange, Inc. (DME), a company that publishes digital entertainment on the Internet, announced that it has signed a technical and marketing agreement with Intel Semiconductor Ltd. to collaborate on optimizing DME’s online game solutions for Intel-based platforms and promote online PC gaming in the Philippines.
