| Craig Yaremko Organ Trio with guest Vic Juris Craig Yaremko Organ Trio with special guest Vic Juris will perform Monday, November 18, 2013 7 and 8pm at Somethin' Jazz Club ( 212 E. 52nd Street, 3rd Floor (between 2nd and 3rd Avenues),New York, NY 10022) featuring Craig Yaremko-saxophones and flutes, Matt King-organ, Jonathon Peretz-drums, Vic Juris-guitar Craig Yaremko Organ Trio with special guest Vic Juris will perform Sunday, December 8, 2013, 5 and 6:30pm at Trumpets Jazz Club (6 Depot Square, Montclair, NJ 07042) featuring Craig Yaremko-saxophones and flutes, Matt King-organ, Jonathon Peretz-drums, Vic Juris-guitar The New York-based saxophonist Craig Yaremko, along with organist Matt King, drummer Jonathon Peretz, and special guest guitarist Vic Juris, push the limits of the tradition while displaying a powerful group chemistry. The band swings hard on originals by both Yaremko and King, and puts fresh spins on jazz classics by Monk, Strayhorn, Hubbard and Waller. CYO3 is Yaremko's debut on OA2 Records and his forth as a leader, following his recording "Sync, " which was a Top Ten pick from New York's Hot House Magazine for release. "'Sync' reveals an artist who…already has a powerful musical personality. Yaremko's originals, which touch on the jazz tradition while also looking forward, are rife with musical adventures.
