Dr. John's 10th Anniv. Bonnaroo Performance

Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Dr. John brought his 1974 album Destively Bonnaroo to life in an historic performance with the Meters and Allen Toussaint, celebrating Bonnaroo's 10th birthday last weekend. Critics witnessed Dr. John "finessing and teasing" (NY TIMES) the songs from the album that gave Bonnaroo its name.

Dr. John also performed with The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach for Bonnaroo's annual SuperJam. Backed by My Morning Jacket drummer Patrick Hallahan and the touring band members of The Black Keys, Dr. John and Auerbach played a set full of jazz, funk and blues that made this year's SuperJam "the reason you go to Bonnaroo."
