About Rachel Fine & The MacDella Cooper Foundation
Rachel has been honored to serve as the Chief Ambassador for the MacDella Cooper Foundation. Education has always been close to her heart; Rachel holds an MS Ed. in elementary literacy and prior to pursuing her music career and her full time work in the entertainment industry, she (Rachel Fine) worked as the VP of US Operations for an international education company. (Rachel) Fine became first acquainted with MacDella when asked to sing the National Anthem alongside Zelma Davis at the 2009 Sharing the Light Gala. She (Rachel Fine) was immediately struck by the importance of this type of work; she then began to find ways to lend her voice and her helping hands to build schools in Liberia. (Rachel) Fine has been the Chief Ambassador since and her hope is to bring more attention and further action to these important projects.
