| Simon & Garfunkel Confirm Comeback Tour Legendary folk-rock duo Simon & Garfunkel have confirmed they're heading back out on tour. The Bridge Over Troubled Water singers will play 13 North American date s in April and May (10), which will begin with a headlining spot at New Orleans' Jazz & Heritage Festival in Louisiana on 24 April (10). The duo, who initially split in 1970, will play shows in Minnesota, Nor th Dakota, Wisconsin and Michigan before crossing the border to play concerts in Canada.
