Len Price 3 Return With Spectacular New Album 'Pictures'

For their third studio album 'Pictures' (out Jan 19th 2010, Wicked Cool Records), the UK's Len Price 3 expand on their command of melody and harmony by combining the electricity of their live shows with more varied instrumentation and mature songwriting.

Wicked Cool President Stevie Van Zandt calls 'Pictures' "the band's best album yet, and that's saying a lot. The title track demonstrates why people compare the band favorably to the early Who."

The Len Price 3's singer and guitarist Glenn Page says The Who was the main influence on the title track, noting that "musically, it has a lot in common with Keith Moon's drums" and favors "noisy feedback breakdowns, " while "lyrically, it has a humorous but dark edge to it a la "Pictures of Lilly."" Elsewhere on 'Pictures, ' the band turned to the Kinks, the Prisoners, and the Beatles for inspiration, creating an album with three-minute-or-less snapshots of life set to raw rock and roll.

In true Len Price 3 style, Page, Neil Fromow, and Steve Huggins, recorded on analogue to capture the vintage, earthy sound that only tape can provide. 'Pictures' is produced by The Len Price 3, Jim Riley, Graham Day, and Kris Harris with insight from Wicked Cool Records founder Stevie Van Zandt.

"I Don't Believe You"- the first single from 'Pictures' - is currently available now from Wicked Cool, with subsequent single releases coming on November 10 ("The Girl Who Became A Machine") and December 8 ("After Your Gone").
