Clare Teal launches new album and tour

Clare Teal, one of Britain's greatest musical treasures, brings her brand new show to UK Theatres throught 2009 starting with a launch at Ronnie Scott's Club in London.The highly successful singer, writer and Radio 2 presenter will be showcasing songs from her new album "Clare Teal: Live at Ebenezer Chapel" which combines her trademark power ballads with Swing and infectious Latin grooves that can't help but raise the spirits and banish all thoughts of a credit crunch.

Clare has captivated audiences throughout the UK and Europe with her effortless singing ability and natural warmth, and after hit albums on both Universal and Sony/BMG her latest release firmly establishes her as one of the countries most unique and endearing personalities. Her engaging and humorous shows have brought her great success and critical acclaim for years and now under the guidance of her new Musical Director the Australian writer and arranger Grant Windsor, this show will no doubt set a new high in "feel good" evenings out.

Clare's remarkable career has seen her win numerous awards, present national radio and TV shows, record for film and TV, achieve a top 20 album, play Glastonbury and tour Europe, while still finding time to sing with the BBC Big Band and Ronnie Scott's Big Band. This show is not one to be missed.

The ever enterprising Ms Teal has now launched her own record label, 'Ebenezer Records' and is proud to announce her first release, which is incidentally her first live album 'Clare Teal: Live at Ebenezer Chapel'.
