| Diana Perez at Iridium Diana Perez will debut at Iridium November 30 with Art Hirahara (piano),David Wong (bass), Pete Van Nostrand (drums0 and special guest Ron Horton (trumpet). This charismatic and engaging vocalist, recently returned from performances in the UK, makes her first appearance at Iridium Jazz Club, where many jazz giants have graced the stage. Perez was born in Harlem in New York City. Though photography was her first love, jazz is her lasting love. She moved to Europe in the early 90's and focused on performing, gaining a weekly residency at Amsterdam's Bemus. Returning to her native NYC in 2000 Perez is now making her mark on the City with a growing reputation for her commitment to the art of storytelling through jazz.
