'Ain't No Good Life' - Rusty Wright Blues

Sadson Music has released the debut CD 'Ain't No Good Life' by Rusty Wright Blues. The CD contains 13 Southern Blues/Rock style songs that feature Rusty Wrights exceptional guitar, Laurie LaCross-Wrights sweet vocals and Tommy Stewart's (Godsmack, LoPro, Fuel) infectious drum pocket.

Rusty Wright originally worked with Tommy in the 80's and early 90's in metal acts but he had always remarked that 'when I hit 40 I'm going to just go play the blues till I die.'

He made good on that in 2006 and when he called Tommy it was the perfect 'mojo' for the record.

The drums were recorded at The White Room in Detroit, MI in 2 days. 'It just felt right, so we kept going until we had it all down on tape.' said Wright.
The sound of this record has been desrcibed as 'Bonnie Raitt and ZZ Top crashing an Allman Brothers House Party'. Filled with fire but also a deep passion for making music to reach people. 'Not many people play like Rusty. He can reach right out and touch you where it hurts.' says Steve Allen, a concert promoter in MI.

The CD is available through the band website, Cdbaby, iTunes and Amazon.com as well as 17 other digital distribution sites. Brick & Mortar stores are serviced by Super D/Phantom Distribution. An international press and radio campaign is underway with print Ads and reviews in major Blues and Rock magazines such as Blues Revue, Big City R&B, Blues Matters (UK) etc.

A tour is being coordinated for 2007 with Tommy Stewart playing as guest drummer on select dates.
