| 2nd Annual Carolina Soulfest The 2nd Annual Carolina SoulFest will be held on Saturday, August 26th 2006 at the Alltel Pavilion in Raleigh N.C. The Carolina SoulFest is the premier R&B and soul festival in the SouthEast. SoulFest2005 featured chart-topping artists Angie Stone, Kem, Floetry, Will Downing, Gerald Albright, Kindred, and Grammy Award winning artist Norman Brown. Nearly 15, 000 enjoyed the music, vendors, and food last year. SoulFest2006 promises an even more dynamic lineup of R&B, soul, and smooth jazz artists.
