| 6th Edition Of Gaz Métro's Relève En Blues Competition Gaz Métro invites all young musicians to show their talents at the sixth edition of the Concours relève en Blues. Participants will have a chance to win a professional demo recording or to play at the Blues-sur-seine festival in France. Both group and solo acts can be part of Quebec's Blues scene. You have until May 1 to register for Gaz Métro's Concours relève en Blues by going to www.festiblues.com where you will find a registration form. The form must be accompanied by a letter explaining why you should be allowed to participate as well as a short audio or video extract of your performance. A panel will then select seven semi-finalists who will perform at the Maison de la Culture Ahuntsic/ Cartierville in June 2006.
