MOCA's new CD

"Tempomat" (German word for cruise control) is the name of the long expected second production of quintet MOCA. MOCA are: Christian Becker: Programming, vintage Keyboards, Synthesizers; Martin Becker: Guitar; Ralf Eichenauer: Synthesizers, Percussion; Christoph Kloppenburg: Guitar; Peykan Razani: Percussion.

12 tracks settled somewhere between Downbeat, NuJazz, Electro and Pop beyond all cliché, but always groovy and danceable. For the first time MOCA enriches its audio cosmos on three selected titles with the voice of the Australian singer Ingrid Campbell.

MOCA awakes associations and creates pictures in cinemascope width; it creates with "Tempomat" the soundtrack for the pleasant moments of the life.

Whether on the dance floor in urban clubs, relaxed cruising in the limousine or as company of the perfect night, "Tempomat" wakes the senses and gently strokes the ear.

The MOCAic self understanding is based on the integration of electronic elements into the classically analogue line up. MOCA is band, which also performs live. Five musicians are flanked by the style-safe Programming. Complex harmony meets hypnotic grooves. Easy Listening vs. Break beat, Funk Jazz vs. House, after their debut album "Wroooooooooam" MOCA easily create the consistent development of their sound philosophy: listening pleasure on the height of present time.
