RMD Entertainment Group announced today that Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC) and T-Mobile Hungary Telecommunication Company Limited will officially release RMD's complete digital music catalogue on November 10, 2005.

This exclusive agreement will be undertaken through its existing contract with Groove Mobile. Groove Mobile is Europe's leading mobile music provider, delivering one of the most compelling downloadable mobile music experiences available. These carriers include:

With more than four million customers at the end of the second quarter 2005, the Hungarian market leader will continue to offer its customers valuable services and exciting novelties.

Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC): T-Mobile's affiliate in Poland is the first and largest mobile telecommunications provider in that country and Central Europe as a whole. By the end of the second quarter 2004, more than 7.5 million customers were using the company's Era GSM network, making PTC the Polish market leader with a share of more than 36 percent.

Mark Davis, Vice President of Digital Distribution for RMD Entertainment, said, "It is extremely encouraging to see how quickly our projects are gaining worldwide acceptance through our global distribution network. We believe that we have only just begun to scratch the surface within the entertainment community, and are quite confident that we are well ahead of the curve with regard to maximum market penetration, both at home and abroad."
