Ryan Cabrera Unveils Fall Tour Dates

E.V.L.A./Atlantic recording artist Ryan Cabrera has announced the first series of dates for his eagerly anticipated fall tour. The itinerary -- which sees the acclaimed singer/songwriter supported by Lava/Atlantic power pop sensations, the Click Five -- follows the September 20th release of Cabrera's new "You Stand Watching."

The six-week tour is slated to kick off on October 18th at Anaheim, California's House of Blues, with dates running though a November 26th show at Orlando's Hard Rock Live (see attached itinerary). Among the trek's sure highlights is a November 6th performance at New York's new Nokia Theatre in Times Square.

The follow-up to last year's RIAA platinum-certified label debut, "TAKE IT ALL AWAY, " "YOU STAND WATCHING" finds the 23-year-old Cabrera further refining his winning pop rock sound. Tracks such as the soaring "Photo" and the moving ballad "It's You" are marked by captivating hooks, instantly engaging melodies and Ryan's unaffected vocals. The self-produced collection was recorded over a three week period last June, with Cabrera taking a spontaneous and organic tack towards breathing life into his new songs.

"Shine On, " the dynamic first single from "YOU STAND WATCHING, " has begun lighting up CHR/Pop radio outlets across the country. The song -- which immediately became the week's Most Added new single upon its initial release -- is currently bulleting up the CHR/Pop National Airplay Top 40.

In addition, the track's companion video -- directed by Kevin Kerslake (Green Day, the Used) -- is scoring at MTV, where it is among the network's top 15 most played clips. The "Shine On" video is also a top 10 favorite on MTV's "Total Request Live." The clip can also be seen on MTV Hits (where it is in Unleaded rotation), as well as on Music Choice and the N.

"Shine On" will also serve as the theme song for Cabrera's upcoming MTV game show, "Score, " currently slated to debut on October 10th (check local listings). On October 17, Ryan will herald the start of his US tour with a nationally televised performance on NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno."

The Click Five have proven to be 2005's new power pop sensations. The Boston-based outfit's "GREETINGS FROM IMRIE HOUSE" made a spectacular chart debut earlier this summer, entering the Billboard 200 at #15. The album -- which includes collaborations with Fountains of Wayne's Adam Schlesinger, KISS' Paul Stanley, and the Cars' Elliot Easton -- features the hit single, "Just The Girl." The energetic single is currently a top 20 CHR/Pop smash, while its companion video continues to rock MTV, where it is among the network's top clips. "Just The Girl" -- which reached #4 on the TRL countdown -- is also receiving Power rotation play on MTV Hits and top 10 streams at MTV.com. In addition, the video can be seen regularly on Fuse, Nickelodeon, and the N.

The band have quickly earned a reputation as a potent live act, having spent much of the year on the road alongside such stars as Ashlee Simpson, Backstreet Boys, and Jesse McCartney. The Click Five has also made a number of high-profile network TV appearances, including recent spots on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and NBC's "Late Night with Conan O'Brien." On November 24th, the band will perform live in New York City as part of Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade extravaganza, broadcast nationally on NBC.
