Membership is open to any person interested in philatelic matters regarding Russian postal history and Stamps. Reputable dealers are welcome and encouraged, but will not be allowed to use the site for commercial purposes other than advertising their business with a contact address.

Applicants for membership must either be sponsored by an existing member or be a member in good standing of a society with which this site is affiliated or be supported by a reference from a recognized person of good standing in the philatelic community. Applicants who cannot provide a reference of the sort may be provided a limited membership, which is not guaranteed, until two exiting members sponsor them for full membership.

All applications shall be placed before the Secretary for consideration. The Secretary shall not be required to give a reason for any rejections to the applicant, but will reject an applicant only after consulting the officers for a quorum.

Members are entitled to access all parts of the site pertinent to the Society and personal services available to the membership for which they have been granted permission. A unique user identification and password will be issued to each member as part of the access control mechanism.
