Casually the card were used to abroad with additional 1k postage stamp to cover 4k internantion postcard rate. The shown above a card from Chenstokov to Germany

On 19.3.1879 the postcards rate to abroad was reduced to 3k and town postcard were valid for mail within the Russian Empire and to abroad.
