B&P 7B2. 3 kop, stationery card from Tsarkoe Selo to SPB 17.5.1883. ( early usage of No 2.)

B&P 7C2. 1902 From Finlandyo Pavlovsk. "From Finland" used as cancellation and backstamp.
 

B&P 7B2 but in violet on registered cover from Grogopiopol, Kherson Gub.  to Pulkovo observatory.

posted on 12.7.1902 and cancelled with Grigoriopol serial 2 postmark. On the same day Grigoriopol serial 1 despatch backstamp added.
arrived to Tsarskoe Selo on 15th July 1902 and redirected to Pavlovsk at the same day
by some strange reasons the letter was kept 3 days in Pavlovsk and forwarded to Pulkovo on 18th July 1902.
