This is an English web supplement to Network Solutions, a monthly magazine on global and local networks. Although we produce Network Solutions in Russian only, we receive a reasonable amount of material in English in form of press releases and contributions from English speak authors. It was a pity that the information was just translated and never used in its original form. So, the main reason of launching this site was the desire to use in original form information available and translate selected pieces from paper version of the newspaper.
