Mark O’Leary Mat Maneri Matthew Shipp Kennedy Center Washington DC Mark O'Leary Mat Maneri and Matthew Shipp, having played several engagements in New York City and having recorded the seminal Chamber Trio album for Leo Feigin of Leo Records, the pendulum of doctrinal focus diverged to Washington DC and a performance at the esteemed Kennedy Center. The concert featured material that provided the impetus for the Chamber Trio album. An ecstatic, enthused audience and concert programmers were refulgent with delight at the fine patina of discourse and organic integral integration of the band. The Chamber Trio recording, a derivative culmination of this project has been very well received, to an extent, several music conservatories have derived utility from it within their academic syllabus. |
