Every Wednesday (except 11/17 and 12/29) at Birdland Theater, Frank leads Frank Vignola’s Guitar Night at Birdland. Inspired by journeyman jazz guitarist John Pisano’s now famous Los Angeles Guitar Night, The Frank Vignola/Jimmy Bruno Quartet — with guitar legend Jimmy Bruno, drummer Vince Cherico, and bassist Harvie S — will perform tunes from the standard repertoire and welcome weekly guest guitarists. It’s the best jazz guitar lover’s show in NYC. The last Wednesday of every month is the Solo Guitar In The Round session, which features solo performances and three guitar jams. |
