In development - A new approach in the City Builder Genre

Playfield.Earth (PFE) / Urban Management will be a mix of city building game and comprehensive city management. We want to go completely new ways in this genre.
The player does not have to build a city from scratch, he can manage, change and improve existing cities, districts, villages or metropolitan regions with all their characteristics, specifics and challenges. This cities and urban areas are based on real-world maps, geodata, structures and open data. Each settlement is unique and will convey that it has developed organically over many years, decades and centuries.
PFE / Urban Management will offer different sub-gameplays (game modes) that simulate all aspects of urban development, city management and typical municipal government policies, much more profoundly than similar games do so far.

The planned sub-gameplays:
1. City Planner - A real Sandbox for creative Citybuilders and Urban architects
2. Traffic - Comprehensive traffic management with citybuilding elements
3. Public Safety - Emergency and crisis management in urban areas
4. Society - Educational, cultural and social policy meets City Builder
5. Economy - Mixed genre of citybuilding, business management and politics simulation
6. Mayor - In-depth simulation of municipal politics with urban development elements
7. City- & Municipal Government - Next Generation City Builder and City Management game in multiplayer mode
