| Softkinetic and EA Collaborate on Hoops Interactive Kiosk Softkinetic has announced a collaboration with Electronic Arts at WIRED NextFest, a premier showcase of global innovations held by WIRED Magazine Sept. 27-Oct. 12, 2008 in Chicago, Ill. The collaboration resulted in an new gesture-based gaming experience that allows users to simulate shooting a basket against a professional basketball player. The Hoops Interactive Kiosk, created by an EA Sports Creative R&D team in collaboration with Softkinetic, gives audiences a glance into what future technologies and products are possible for consumers looking for the newest interactive entertainment.
