| K2 Network Selects the Regional Finalists for the War Rock Game and Game World Championship Tournament K2 Network announces the selection of the regional finalists in the War Rock International Clan Tournament, which was part of the Game & Game World Championship (GNGWC). One of six games that make up the GNGWC 2007 list of titles, War Rock players have been participating in the championships since July. Winners were declared on November 7th. The regional champions, .AniMoSity. (from the United States) and Polish Hussars (from Poland), will soon be on their way to South Korea. The two five-member regional champion clans will be flown to Seoul in early December to compete against Japan and the Philippines in the GNG World Championship Final. The winning team will be honored by GNGWC as "the world's best gamers" and awarded $5,000. Second and third places winners will be awarded $3,000 and $1,000 respectively. To thank the whole War Rock community for its participation in the GNGWC event, K2 Network will be running a special Winter Gun Giveaway promotion. With every purchase made through the web store, players will receive a free promo code that can be applied to their account for a random unreleased weapon. The GNGWC, in its second year, is a global effort led by the Korean Ministry of Information and Communication, (KIPA).
