| Disney Princess Video Games Now Available Dreams will come true for young girls this holiday season as Ariel, Cinderella, and the rest of the Disney Princesses embark on magical journeys in all-new video games from Disney Interactive Studios. Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey, now available for PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system and coming soon for Wii home video game system and PC, allows players to enter the worlds of some of their favorite Disney Princesses to restore order to their kingdoms. Within each world, players will learn about one of the four attributes of being a princess ? courage, friendship, trust and discovery. In Disney Princess: Magical Jewels for Nintendo DS, now available in stores, girls can play as any one of the Princesses in the game, collecting magical jewels to return power to the kingdoms. Both video games are made especially for girls between the ages of four and eight, featuring voice-over tutorials, easy-to-use controls and a pace that the players set themselves. Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey for PlayStation 2 system, Wii and PC allows girls to befriend their favorite Disney Princesses including Ariel, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine and Snow White. Players must enter the magical kingdoms and work with the Princesses to restore order. Each Princess world contains a different story with varying tasks and difficulty levels to cater to every player's experience level. Players also discover more about their own character as they play and can even customize their character to look just like them, from clothes to hair color and skin tone. Once players have fixed the four Princess worlds, they can then unlock Belle's world and meet Belle and Lumiere. Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey also includes a two-player mode that allows girls to play with their moms, friends or siblings to help save the Princesses. In Disney Princess: Magical Jewels for Nintendo DS, players will take part in a brand new Disney Princess story. Girls take on the role of some of their favorite Princesses to travel through enchanted levels, solve puzzles and go on exciting adventures to collect magical jewels and restore power to each kingdom. For example, players can use the stylus and touch screen to draw in missing areas of a kingdom. Players can also collect a variety of in-game items to unlock each Princess' golden dress. Published by Disney Interactive Studios and developed by Papaya Studio, Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey is rated "E" for everyone with mild cartoon violence and available in stores now on PlayStation 2 system. It will be available on Wii and PC in November.
