| Saitek Announces New Gaming and PC Peripherals for 2008 Saitek has announced the launch of its 2008 range. The new PC gaming, Flight Sim, audio speakers, mouse and keyboard hardware falls into the following categories: CYBORG Gaming ? 'The Ultimate Man / Machine Interface' The Cyborg PC Gaming range combines unique gaming features with a flexible design to provide an enhanced gaming experience. The Cyborg Mouse automatically expands to fit the gamers hand whilst the Cyborg Command Unit features programmable button configurations for specific game set-ups. The new Cyborg Game pad has a reversible module ? allowing the d-pad and left joystick positions to be swapped ? as well as a FPS button and Precision mode for increased accuracy. The range is completed by the fully customisable Cyborg keyboard and Cyborg headset with an integrated 5:1 sound system. Saitek Audio ? 'Explosive Sound' The latest speakers from Saitek feature ASIS - an 'advanced stereo imaging system' for superior sound quality. The speakers produce a crisp and clean sound over a wide acoustic range due to the innovative design that limits the distance between the speaker bowl and casing, minimising sound distortion. PC Peripherals ? 'Click With Colour' Saitek is launching new colour variants of its popular Desktop Optical Mouse and Notebook Optical mice, as well as new products like matching mice and hubs. The new mice range also includes the GM3200 - the most precise mouse in the world - with dpi switchable up to 3200. The company's new Photo mouse is a fully featured optical mouse that can be customised by printing a favourite photograph and positioning it under the mouse's transparent cover. Flight Sim ? 'Closer to reality' Saitek has also added to its Flight Sim range with the Pro Flight Yoke System and throttle quadrant, bringing flying enthusiasts closer to reality. PC Gaming Peripherals Fully featured and technically advanced, the R660GT Force Feedback Wheel is the latest in PC Racing peripherals, with a semi-automatic gear stick, pedals and a G-clamp to make sure the wheel stays secure. The R660GT Force Feedback Wheel brings gamers closer to the action than ever before. Saitek's new range of gaming and PC peripherals will all be released in the UK between November 2007 and February 2008. write your comments about the article :: © 2007 Game News :: home page |
