| The 4th Annual International eSports Conference Comes to Cologne Germany, May 30th - 31st, 2007 The International eSports Conference will take place this year, May 30-31, at RheinEnergie Stadium in Cologne, Germany. The conference, formerly known as the International eSport Forum, is the most important conference for eSports and gaming community worldwide. The International eSports Conference attracts companies within competitive gaming, sponsors, consumer product companies interested in games, and professional gamers while providing a forum for discussion of key issues facing the industry, and networking opportunities. The International eSports Conference consists of three main elements: Conference, Exhibition and Networking. Lectures, discussions and workshops will present some of the most important issues and innovative developments from the international eSports market. The focus of the conference will be to present eSports as a sport; to give new economic impetus to current developments; to view future technical standards, and to promote dialog and interaction between participants from different countries. International representatives from Electronic Arts, Intel, Wazap, Fatality, Kohnke Communications, Streamline Studios and the eSports Press Club Germany, to name a few, will provide insights into the market and the future of this growing young medium. More than 200 participants and 20 speakers from Germany and other countries will be expected at this year's eSports Conference 2007. The organizer of the International eSports Conference invites all eSports and gaming experts from industries, science, politics, media and the community to participate in the conference with a lecture or discussion presentation. Topics should deal with the development and social experience of eSports from the point of view of technology, media, economy, or current eSports projects.
