Atari has announced that Bandai's Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 is on its way to Europe for the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system. Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 is the next explosive addition to the wildly popular Dragon Ball Z series that to date has sold in excess of 10 million units across Europe and America. Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 2 throws down the ultimate fighting challenge to PS2 gamers and DBZ fans with over 100 characters, 15 vast and vibrant 3D destructible environments and a total of 9 different game modes to choose from, making this the lofty pinnacle of DBZ fighting games on the PS2.

In addition to the unprecedented number of characters, wide selection of massive 3D destructible environments and abundance of game modes, players will be able to trigger transformations from the DBZ movies and TV series in real time, making battles even more dramatic and exciting than ever before.
