Developed by DC Studios, State of Emergency 2 is a third person shooter that will hit the shelves in April 2006. State of Emergency 2 successfully recaptures the riotous urban mayhem of the original in the beautifully rendered Capitol City. Once you help MacNeil escape death row, the adventure explodes into life.
