| 30 games from Foundation 9 Entertainment in 2005 Foundation 9 Entertainment, Inc. announced that it will have completed development on more than 30 games by the end of calendar year 2005. Through its recent merger and acquisitions, the newly formed Foundation 9 has been able to leverage videogame properties for movies, comic books, action figures, and other entertainment merchandise opportunities. In August, Foundation 9 officially announced their commitment to developing next-gen projects through their studios The Collective, Backbone Emeryville, Pipeworks and Backbone Vancouver.
